Is the Bevi broken?

Here at Bevi, we prefer the term "outage" to "broken". Bevi machines do not "break", Bevi machines have periodic outages*.

*10 times out of 10, Bevi outages are caused by consumer behavior. Because of this, the Bevi corporation does not recognize the concept of a Bevi outage.
